Refunds & Exchanges

We do accept returns (some restrictions apply) and provide a refund on the condition that the item returned needs to be in its original packaging (boxes, bags, tags) and in the same condition and not used. The item must be mailed in a safe and secure envelope with protective fillers. The buyer is responsible for charges involved in shipping the item back to us. We are not responsible if the return package gets lost or stolen in the mail.

- WE ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE! This means the package needs to arrive back at our shop within 14 days from the delivery date otherwise will not be eligible for a refund. Please let us know within 3-5 days after receiving the item so we can best process your refund. You must contact us before shipping the items back to us.

If your order is accidentally damaged in the mail, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. The refunds would only be processed after the products are returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of shipment. Items returned after 14 days from the date of shipment would not qualify for a refund.

* Items on Sale (Discount Sale, Clearance, marked-downs) cannot be returned or exchanged.

* Custom listings that were specifically ordered for a client cannot be returned or exchanged. 3 or more orders of the same item is considered CUSTOM and cannot be returned or exchanged. We recommend purchasing just one item first to see if it meets your expectations then coming back for the remaining sets.
